What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the exceptional interior space, thoughtful design, and quiet operation. The customizable middle drawer that switches between freezer, beverage chill, and deli settings is a standout feature for organizing food flexibly. Reviewers highlight the generous storage, adjustable shelves, deep crisper drawers, and well-designed door bins. The sleek, fingerprint-resistant exterior and exceptionally quiet performance are frequently commended. Many note consistent cooling keeps food fresher longer. A few mention minor issues like a quiet door alert or missing flex drawer light, but these rarely impact overall satisfaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very spacious. I like how you can change the settings for the 3rd door, freezer - drinks. Only thing that was a little let down was the water line isn't refrigerated. Not really a big deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge, its size and functions. The only issue I’m having is with the top two shelves. It looks like the small shelf is supposed to support the end of the larger shelf but there is no connection, not sure if I’m missing a piece of hardware or something else.

damaged on delivery
we ordered this refrigerator online. it took almost 2 weeks to be delivered since it had to come from a warehouse. when the delivery company brought the refrigerator into the house, unbeknownst to me, they damaged the doors with nicks and scratches, and they didn't say anything. once they plugged it in, they hurried up and left before I fully inspected it. the delivery company didn't remove any packaging from inside the refrigerator. we immediately contacted our local Lowes store to get it ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just what I was looking for. The ice maker works perfectly and the extra drawer with temperature options is nice to have. There could be a bit more freezer room but I think it's a matter of organizing things correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has surprised me with how much space it has. There is plenty of room for gallon containers and if need be 2 liter bottles. The freezer has four compartments and lots of space too. The center drawer is being used as a refrigerated space but it can be changed into freezer space. Not having door handles has taken a little getting used to. The one somewhat negative is the lack of cold water from the door dispenser. I know I ...

BEST REFRIGERATOR I HAVE OWNED!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this refrigerator is well designed with strong shelves and a large capacity for food storage. we set the center drawers temperature for optimal storage of produce. this refrigerator runs quietly. there are only two minor changes that might improve this appliance: at times there is a noise like ice dropping into an internal bucket. it would be great if this noise could be eliminated or reduced on future models. the water dispensed is roo...

So far, so great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this new refrigerator when our old one suddenly died. Quick sell, install, and we were good to go. Love the middle drawer that can be customized to either freeze or just cool the items inside. The ice likes to continue to dump out a few chunks after you've pulled the cup away. But not a huge deal once you get used to it. Only "bad" comment would be that the water is not cold (and therefore we need to use the ice). Our last machine had very ...
