Same problem over and over

We purchased our house in June 2023. All appliances conveyed with the property. The refrigerator was brand new straight out the warehouse. Within two months of use we began having problems with the refrigerator not maintaining a cold temperature. Since it was still under warranty, I called and had a technician come out to service it. I ended up having a technician come out three times over a four month period for the same problem. A year later the same problem. I had a technician come out again...

Love my new fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm enjoying the extra room that my new fridge offers. There's only one thing I miss from my old one, the little covers on the door shelves. Overall I'm happy.

Very cold, but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At recommended setting the fridge is very cold. Some things freeze while the same item right next to it wont. Fridge also makes a noise where the air blows out into the fridge. Also, sometimes the same area will make a noise that sounds like water droplets dripping on a hot pan

The doors won't stay shut

The configuration of the interior is not optimal, hard to fit larger items in refrigerator. The worst thing though, is that the refrigerator and freezer doors pops open when I close the other. I have to continuously check the doors to make sure they are still shut. Will be replacing.

Junk

Purchased this refrigerator for a part time inlaw apartment. Used it for 2 months and it worked fine. Returned a couple of months later for a week and it was still working fine. A few months later we returned again for a couple of month stay to find that the freezer had stopped working and all the food inside was completely defrosted. It was just past the 1 year warranty. The fan motor assembly and mounting is defective

The fan motor assembly and the frame mounting is a defective engineer designed. Their policy is , you must replace it seven times before they would consider replacing the refrigerator. Good luck with that kind of policy. Not for me .

Love the Stainless Steel

I purchased this product to replace an LG that was slowly failing to maintain a suitable temperature. I have never owned a stainless steel refrigerator and I must say it does look good. I am equally impressed with the capacity especially the door shelves which accommodate larger containers. Not having to lay juice bottles down on their sides is a plus. Keeping produce fresh is important and thus far it has done that.

Frigidaire failed in 2 months- still no resolution

I purchased this Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe’s for $800.59, ( tax and delivery fee) and it was delivered on June 21, 2026. Unfortunately, within approximately two months, the refrigerator stopped working and has now been unusable for nearly a month. Great refrigerator for garage

Garage fridge with a ton of space

This fridge was on sale and being Frigidaire and so much bigger than the old Whirlpool, it was a no trainer! The unit keeps everything cold and fit perfectly in the spot of the old one--with more room!
