Delivery Nightmare and Lies

I have learned my lesson: if a delivery team promises to "come back later" to finish a job, NEVER agree. Lowe's left this refrigerator at the bottom of a staircase and promised to return with "a bigger team" to get it up and into the apartment. They then lied on the phone about returning. Every time I call back I get a new person; there is NO accountability in the system.

Love my new Fridge!

My 5 year old Whirlpool experienced a freon leak and it would have cost more than a new one to fix it. I hope this one lasts much, much longer. All my food was destroyed.But I am happy, happy now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint is the little drawer on the bottom shelf takes up the whole middle of the shelf on top of the big drawer, so there isn’t much room to put anything there.

Great mid-size fridge!

Love my new fridge!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new fridge. The old one was 26 years old and served me well. But it was not working well anymore. Plus it was huge and difficult to clean. The new one is just right for me. It's smaller, (14 cu ft)., works great and will be so much easier to clean. Thanks Frigidaire!

Great use of space and just the right size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent months searching for a refrigerator that was small enough to fit in the space I had. Not only did this fit perfect it offered the amenities I wanted like an automatic ice maker. Well designed use of space on the interior. My only complaint is the cheap plastic plugs used for the door hardware. We had to change the side it opened from and they broke off immediately instead of coming out rendering them unusable for replacement.

This was an emergency buy for us. It's slightly smaller than its predecessor, but it still fits everything well. It looks great, (we got t he stainless steel) is s quiet, and keeps the food evenly cool. The single bottom drwaer ifits so much more than the rwo-drawer model we previously had.

Finally delivered right

For a rental property. Delivery issues with the refrigerator - 3 different ones damaged when delivered. Item was refused due to condition, but Lowe's made it right and by the fourth time, the last one was as in the condition it should have been. A little frustrating for the tenant but happy they have a new refrigerator. It is a 3rd Party comapny that handles delivery and was instructed to schedule delivery with the tenant. That communication was poor and I became the middle man for deliveries...

Exactly what I needed!

Quality Product

Got this through a program from my power company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They had previously given me a a replacement for my original refrigerator and this was a replacement for that refrigerator which I had for 26 years, I had it repaired once and I had to buy two new control modules. So that one was ready to go. The program offered me a new refrigerator and this is what they gave me. This new one is about the same size, there are attachments for adding an icemaker, that would be kind of nice to get that installed,...
