[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ours is a builder supplied item. The dishwasher does wash and clean the dishes, but it’s extremely loud, but the real mess is it doesn’t dry the dishes... I wouldn’t pick it, but we didn’t have a choice.

Let's start by saying this isn't a luxury dishwasher, which can be expected from the price. Starting with function, this works better than my frigidaire professional dishwasher did. It cleans dishes well. It has a nice one hour feature which is all I use since it does the job. It's loud though, you'll definitely hear it and I would recommend running it once you go to bed and are not in the room. The regular wash send to take a long time too. Melted Wiring and Latch Assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit stopped working a month after the 1 year warranty expired. It wouldn’t fill with water. After going through a list of things to check, I discovered the latch assembly and connected wires were completely fried. We’ve had no major storms and nothing else in the house has stopped working like this. Complete junk.

I don't know what took me so long to buy this dishwasher

DOES NOT WORK LONG

I purchased this dishwasher May 2020, I have used it 3 times. Now it does not clean the dishes. At first I thought that maybe the Cascade gel pac was not in correctly. Unfortunately, that was not the case, because the pac is not dissolving at all. I have also put the pac in without any dishes and ran the dishwasher, and it still does not work. I have checked the water temperature and its HOT!!. I HAVE A BRAND NEW DISHWASHER THAT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!!!! The blue film is STILL ON IT!!

Junk

Leaves spots on pots and doesn't dry the dishes. Had 2 before this one and this is the worst one.

18 months now dead, Very short life

The product lasted 18 months. I am told that the pump motor has burned out and it is a relative common thing. This is not a lasting product if this is the case.

Works Great

Just bought this dishwasher . Great price and works excellent. Washes and completely dries everything. I read some reviews about how it does not dry completely. But mine is just the opposite it dries everything completely and washes everything excellent. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher it’s a great price and does an excellent job.

Horrible Odor

This dishwasher is a big disappointment and I should have kept my old one but thought I was upgrading and I downgraded! It keeps a horrible odor and retains water with and without being loaded or unloaded. If I had my old one I would get my plumber to reinstall it and get rid of this piece of crap. It’s much smaller and saturated everything without properly drying in the end. I HATE IT and it’s not functional at all. Gonna buy a different brand and I will never recommend this dishwasher. Does not dry dishes at all

The absolute worst. It doesn't dry dishes what so ever. I wouldn't put this in another one of my houses if it was given to me for free.

Good when it worked, lasted 1.5 year

This dishwasher broke after a year and a half. I would NOT recommend due to the lifespan.

Garbage Quality - extremely cheap

This dishwasher was a total waste of money. I can't think of one good thing to say about it. And what amazes me are the raving reviews. Junk and cheap

Second product I’ve bought and doesn’t last

I bought both a fridge and dishwasher in 2018. The fridge wouldn’t hold temp, and had to be swapped out. Same thing with the replacement (FFTR1821TB). After having it serviced I swapped it out. The dishwasher (FFBD2406NB) would periodically malfunction and not dry. Now it won’t dry or drain. It has only been 2 years!!

Great so far

It is MUCH quieter and washes better than my old dishwasher. Rack layout is excellent. Only problem is cheap rollers that get stuck going in and out.

Not What I Expected
