Flow Faucet

I bought this for my cabin. The minute I opened the box I knew this was a high quality piece. Once installed it was perfect. I never had a motion activated faucet before but I will be replacing my faucets at my primary residence. I rate this AAA + faucet. I would have pics but had to leave because of tornados 🌪️ in the area.

Great until it stops

I've had this faucet for almost 4 years. The battery life is great and the no-touch feature is great. However, this is now the second time that the "black box" that controls the no-touch sensor's water flow has quit. You shouldn't have to replace the main selling feature of the faucet every two years (the last replacement was Dec. 2024).

Look good and working fi e

I purchased and installed this Flow faucet about a week ago, and so far I'm very impressed. The faucet has a clean, modern look and feels sturdy and well-made. Installation was straightforward, and everything fit perfectly. The pull-down sprayer works smoothly, and the water pressure is excellent. The handle is easy to operate. After a week of daily use, it is working flawlessly and has been a great addition to my kitchen. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve need ed a new faucet for a while now. I was so excited to find this faucet on sale! Installation wasn’t any more difficult than any other faucet. The motion sensor works great and the faucet looks really nice in my kitchen.

I had the same kitchen faucet and after many years of service it needed to be replaced. I found the best price here and I was impressed by how fast it was shipped. The faucet is great and works as advertised. It took me 30 minutes to install. Highly recommended!

supply line kinked during install, otherwise good

I'm new to DIY plumbing, so maybe its my fault the cold-water supply hose kinked when fastening to the house's supply line. I reinstalled the hose using two hands (one to hold hose, the other to operate plyers) to prevent the hose from twisting. Instructions did not clarify the use of the O ring for a 3-hole installation. Hope I don't void any kind of warranty from impropper installation. (Also, chance of winning merchandise when submitting a review!)

Ordered and then decided to cancel (but couldn't do to "home delivery" which they never tell you). Read too many reviews that referenced the battery issue. Returned as soon as I could. And it does not "come with the base plate." That ships separately.

I installed my first Flow motion activated faucet 4 years and 11 months ago. It worked flawlessly until a couple of days ago--it would shut off after a second or two. I called BioBidet hoping to get some troubleshooting help-- but after finding that it was just under the 5 year warranty wire, they sent a brand new replacement.
