What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the threshold for its seamless appearance, solid oak construction, and professional finish that beautifully transitions between different flooring types. Most highlight the even staining, sturdy build, and ease of installation, noting successful transitions from hardwood to vinyl, vinyl to flagstone, and carpet to laminate. Many appreciate that pilot holes prevent splitting and the product adapts well to elevation changes. A few mention concerns about pricing or occasional color variance between pieces, though most consider the quality and durability well worth the investment.

The product has changed since I was laying hardwood floors. These new installers do everything differently and are really slow

Poor customer service
I purchased 2 separate thresholds products. I finally hired a guy to do it. I returned both items. One had been opened. They gave me credit for only one. I later went back to get more credit but without proof I had returned 2 I only got credit for one ☝️
