Would RecommendEasy to apply; dries in 24-48 hours and works to seal cracks. I had a cement specialist come by to advise on sealing cracks that led to a wet basement floor. The complicated and expensive solution (not his fault--I'm in a row house, and city regs are strict) led him to suggestan alternative: I could use more of the rubber sealant (I already had in spray form and it worked.) The can is expensive, but it has saved me from a biggeer hole in my wallet. It may need to be renewed or even get a second ...
