I bought 2 kits. 1/2" drill with turbo mode and a 4 piece kit. Didnt open the boxes for 5 months. Opened the 4 piece to use the skil saw. 1st I charged the batteries. I used the saw with the 2.5ah battery enough to recharge the battery twice. So 3 charges total and the saw came on for split second and battery lights start flashing. Put the 5ah battery on saw and it started flashing as well. Thought the saw had something to do with it. Opened up the 1/2" drill kit and charged the 5ah battery. Tri...

Bad batteries
Love the hammer drill but the batteries are a problem. The large one won’t charge all of a sudden and the smaller battery is now leaking.

An absolute ripper of a drill!
Would RecommendPower, ergonomics, rune time & control. It does it all and is my most powerful drill in my arsenal now, including corded models. These 2aH stacked lithium batteries aren’t like your average 2aH batts. They punch well above their weight. The handle is included because you need to hold on if getting aggressive. This thing will rip your wrist apart it’s got that much power. Great tool!

Drill is fine. Batteries are duds
Drill works great. Batteries leaked black goo will not charge and blink green lights. Called Flex to get replacement but can't get replacement because of no receipt. Life happens I guess.
