Would RecommendThese are the only smoke detectors I install. They're reliable, have fewer unwanted alarms, and they're reasonably priced. Being able to silence the alarm when you burn your dinner is a nice feature, and the alarm resets automatically. A low battery warning let's you know when the backup battery needs to be replaced. All in all, solid and reliable.

Would Not RecommendThe smoke detectors are nice and easy to install. My issue is that the detectors were manufactured in 2024 and sold in 2026 by Lowe’s. This sounds like old stock. After installing 6 detectors with pre-installed batteries with pull out plastic strips to activate the detector after installation one of the detectors was chirping indicating a bad battery. I replaced all 6 not cheap 9 volt batteries on all my new detectors because I didn’t trust any of them to last and not chirp in the middle of the ...

Would RecommendI replaced my old alarms - 10+ years old. I like that they are hard wired and have 10 year batteries. Install was simple - take one out and plug in new. Hoping they do their job!
