Would Not RecommendI am unhappy with this delivery said it was delivered was not out front tried to call Lowe’s. Couldn’t get a hold of anybody through AI is absolutely terrible. It would be nice to be able to get a hold of a real person to talk to to see where my delivery was and why it said delivered, and it was not here.

Would Not RecommendThe smoke detector itself is a fine product, but the wall anchors for mounting it to the wall. Were cheap and flimsy. They could be better. They are far too easy to push straight through the wall and lose them. The wall anchor should have a larger flange sothe wall anchors doesn't just slipping through the wall and get lost. And another thing, I do not like I do not want to your AI to make decisions for me. It is not a detection topic, it is not an accessibility topic. It is not a battery topic...

Replacing hard wired detectors due to dust issue
After finishing our basement, the hard wired dectors had dust in the chamber and we haven't been able to get control of the dust. We change the hvac filters every thirty days and are slowly gaining on the dust. We replaced the hard wired detectors, but they would last less than 60-90 days. The battery detectors are not as sensitive and have not been a problem.
