DID NOT WORK FOR US!
I purchased the Febreze odor eliminator in wash laundry booster a couple of months ago and I have been using it mainly when I wash my husband's basketball shirts. The truth is it's done nothing. They still stink! And the product itself has a very strong smell.

Worked When Other Products Didn't
I purchased a garment from a thrift store that had a strong lingering smell from, I guess the previous owner's perfume. Wretched strong smell, even got onto my hands and any surface that it sat on. Would NOT wash out. I tried various tricks suggested on-line. Rubbing alcohol was a BIG mistake. It released the fabric's dye and I had dark red over everything. And it greatly ENHANCED the perfume fragrance. Silly me - shoulda remembered that alcohol is used in making perfume! Next I soaked in white...

This product ruined my clothes
The smell of this product is horrible and overpowering. The website claims the ""light"" scent will fade in a few hours. The scent is far from light and has not faded from my clothes months later.

I have an armpit problem! Holy cow! If I get the musty smell in my shirt and don't soak my shirt in this, I could wash it ten times, and the minute I got hot it would stink! The only thing I can figure is it destroys the bacteria, it doesn't just mask it.

Febreze in Washington is OK
I can't tell any change in the odor smells the same it's so watered down can't see how it helps. It's like adding colored water to my wash.

I bought 1 bottle to try out. My cat got locked in the closet with the sleeping bags and used them for her litter box. After a little trial and error, Febreze was added to the last wash cycle and the smell was gone. Even in 100 degree heat there was no smell of cat urine. Little to say, I went back to the store and bought 5 more. There's only 1 problem, the packaging. The pour spout is not removable so you can't get all of the product out.

My exercise cloths smells wonderful before, during
I have been using this in wash booster since it was launched. I am a runner, weight lifter and boot camper. I exercise everyday and my exercise cloths were cleaned but I could smell the sweat as soon as I began to sweat. LOVE THIS STUFF!!
I tried this after several attemps at using other products to remove urine odor from sheets. This stuff is amazing! I use it in every load I wash. It removes pet odors from their bedding, smoke odors, urine, musty smells, you name it. It doesn't take a whole lot of the product to do the trick. My only problem is I wanted the $3 off coupon on this site, but it was expired. Maybe next time.

Febreze in wash stains!
I have used the in wash odor eliminator, several times. I used it in my he washer added it with the detergent as the directions say. I now have a white t-shirt that is stained as well as a fairly new set of sheets. It does not remove strong pet / musty odors either. Apparently whatever dye you are using to color this product stains whites and light colors, especially cotton.

I purchased the ""In Wash"" a month ago and was very happy I did. I do dog fostering and always have at least 6 dogs in my home and I currently have 10. Even though thy all get groomed on a regular basis the clean smell eventually goes away. The dog beds, couch covers and throw rugs can get pretty stinky quickly! Love this product

I bought this over a month ago. It's garbage. The smell alone of this product is gross. My son works in fast food and it did nothing to get the greasy smell out of his clothes. I bought and used OUT instead and it's awesome!
