Worst experience

Moldy batteries. Can’t say how disappointed I’m. Called customer service 3 times couldn’t get this problem solved. Delayed delivery 2 times, came in a wet bag and everything was not packaged, but retapped somehow. Won’t give me a refund or replacement. Asking customer to bring back to store for a delivery item, also can’t give replacement is terrible customer service.

I got my online order today and packaging of batteries were open.

Got them all loose inside the shipping back

I placed an online order to be delivered at my place. The two packs were in a paper bag that got delivered by fedex. When i opened the bag, the batteries were all loose and felt warm. I dont know if they were doing a shortcut or not, as it's texas and it's hot. It's not possible to get an online exchange, so I'll need to drive to a store and ask for it.

Batteries Arrived Leaking and Corroded

The batteries arrived damaged. Several of them were leaking and had white corrosion/residue on them. They appear old or defective, and I do not feel safe using them. Very disappointed with the condition they arrived in.

Terrible packaging

I ordered a large pack of Energizer batteries, the way it was shipped is completely unacceptable. The entire plastic packaging was completely ripped open and shredded inside the shipping box. Now I have dozens of loose batteries rolling around loose at the bottom. I have no idea if any are damaged or drained from contacting each other during transit. Extremely disappointed with the fulfillment and quality control on this delivery.

Batteries everywhere

I had over 160 batteries open in a box delivered. I guess this is quality assurance at its finest!

Terrible

I received these in horrible condition. not only were they thrown in there with no way to keep them secure, but I was also sent batteries that are corroded! I do not recommend ordering through Lowes. Go in store where you can pick them instead.

energizer batteries

lowes had a great sale of energizer batteries, 50% off. i bought several packages to restock my supply. i got my order in 2 separate packages (at the time of this review i haven't gotten the other package). i got 48 aa batteries in this shipment. the only reason i gave it a 4 star review (energizer batteries at tops in my book) they came loose in the envelope they was shipped in.

Bad handling and shipping

The product arrived in terrible condition. As soon as I opened the mailing envelope, I realized the original Energizer packaging was torn completely open, and all the batteries were loose inside the bag. Poor handling and packaging.
