What Customers Are Saying
The snow shovel is effective at clearing deep, heavy snow and has an impressive throwing distance. However, it is quite heavy and can be tiring to use, especially for smaller or older users. The shovel performs best on light, powdery snow but may struggle with wet, heavy snow that can clog the chute. Some users reported issues with the scraper breaking or the motor failing after limited use, and the lack of adjustability was a concern.

I must wait several months to try it on actual snow, after which time I will be able to give an proper review.

Did 3 canadian winters with it. Only complaint is the weight of the shovel making it a bit on the heavy side. On the other hand, a bit of weight for 10 minutes, in heavy snow, is a lot better then working an hour with a regular shovel…

Broke After One Season
Would Not RecommendWe enjoy our other EGO products but the snow shovel let us down. After just one season, the internal mechanism broke and requires repair. I would expect better.

EGO Power Shovel
Would RecommendThe shovel works great and has a lot of power. I had to purchase a smaller battery as I found it to be very heavy with the 56V battery and a bit awkward in design. I would recommend an adaptation that will provide small rollers on the shovel in order to make it easier to push. I need to avoid or limit, tossing snow overhead so having these adjustments would greatly help.

Tool performs way above basic snow removal
This tool performs way above basic snow removal if you do not mind using your body to control it. I have people stop all winter long to ask me what it is and how do I use it.

Needs some kind of wheel system due to weight
Would RecommendI bought this snow shovel kit in 2024 and really didn't have to test it to its full ability until this year in 2026. I live in the north east and we had 36 inches of heavy slushy snow this season. I'm giving it 3 starts because of the weight of the shovel and multi head unit alone with 4amp plus battery you put on . It really should have some kind of wheel system on the snow shovel, the other system like weed trimmer and pole saw, I don't have a problem with. The shoulder strap only helps ver...
