Would RecommendInitially a very heavy and exhausting attachment. You get used to having to angle it so it’s not pushing against you, but if you get the wheels to attach to it it makes it so much easier. However, just flipping it upside down makes it the easiest, albeit all the stuff will be falling on you. Great for in grass, like raking leaves.

Works very well, spring clean up far easier
Would RecommendUse it to brush rocks out of my lawn in the spring after plowing snow all winter. It works remarkably well. Its certainly heavy so having the shoulder strap really helps. Also, it takes quite a bit of force to control it when it throws rocks forward (as it is designed to do), but I've reversed it and "pull" the rocks towards me. Its messier but far easier. Works great on #2 stone
I have used this to work #2 (quarter sized) driveway stone out of the yard/lawn/grass. It works great, even on stone that has embedded into the soil for a couple of years. I have used it without the shoulder strap but thinking next time to use the strap because it’s slightly heavier than a string trimmer attachment. However I think the weight of the unit helps to engage into the stone.

Flings rocks! But not light.
It works great but is pretty heavy. I’m sure all brands are heavy, so it’s not an EGO thing. My point is, be prepared for a heavy tool. You’re not just flinging it around like a string trimmer. It removes rocks from your lawn so well, but you’re still gonna work up a sweat.

Would RecommendThe broom works like a charm but is not easily operated by a 68 year old woman who otherwise uses all of the other EGO tools such as the weed trimmer, saw, and hedge trimmer.

Too heavy
Would Not RecommendI bought this Ego attachment this week and put it to work right away on my lawn. The unit is heavy and powerful. Making it strenuous to use and control. After a half hour of use my back gave out and I had to stop. I don’t know if I can rely on this unit for the jobs it’s been purchased for due to the weight and power issue. It’s the first Ego product that I’ve bought that I’m not having a positive experience.
