What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this pole saw for its exceptional cutting power, lightweight design, and reliable performance. Most highlight its ability to cut through thick branches effortlessly with minimal pressure, sharp chain, and strong motor that rivals gas-powered alternatives. The carbon fiber shaft and balanced construction make it easy to maneuver, while the 16-foot telescopic reach eliminates ladder needs. Many customers report deep satisfaction and loyalty, often owning multiple units. A few note initial chain stretching requiring adjustment and rare oil leakage, though these minor issues barely diminish overall enthusiasm.

Cuts clean
Would RecommendI used this tool to prune branches of a pine tree hitting my roof. It cut cleanly, was light bringing it up a ladder and does not seem to leak chainsaw oil so far. I am happy with the purchase.

Cuts great but tricky to wield
The pole saw cuts very well but the weight balance makes it very hard to wield accurately. I have a lot of difficulty being accurate at any distance.
