Warranty claim not good
Bought it three months ago and it broke. They wouldn’t accept my receipt because there was very light fading on the top of it and asked i get another proof of receipt. Cannot claim warranty that I’m entitled to and making weeks to deal with leaves in backyard now

Good electric blower
Would RecommendHad a lawn care company for over 20 years with everything gas operated. This blower is actually pretty good for the regular homeowners to have around the house. Would buy and recommend for homeowners use, not sold yet for commercial use. Good blower though, I do like it and recommend it.

Stuck throttle 1st time using
Would RecommendBlower has a lot more power than my Milwaukee but during the first 30 minutes of using it, the trigger was stuck and wouldn’t turn off. I tried everything, took the battery out for 10 mins, messed with the trigger and cruise control and nothing worked. As soon I put the battery back it would turn on. I returned it and I’m hoping the replacement is good, if not I won’t try again with EGO

Great warranty
I received my 765 blower in the mail as a replacement. I had my original blower for almost 2 years before the speed switch failed. EGO stood behind their product and warranty and replaced the tool. The airflow and quiet power are now great again. This is the quietest and most balanced blower I have used.
