What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the combination light fixture and outlet for its practicality and ease of installation, often completing setup in under ten minutes. Most appreciate the porcelain construction for durability and heat resistance compared to plastic alternatives. However, several report the porcelain is brittle and prone to cracking during installation. A significant concern emerges around pull chain reliability, with many customers reporting chains that break, pull out, or fail within months. Despite these durability issues, most find the product worthwhile for adding power access to basements, garages, and utility spaces.
