What Customers Are Saying
The product has mixed reviews. Many customers report it reliably turns on heating devices to prevent pipes from freezing, with convenient and cost-saving features. However, some customers experienced issues like the device not activating at low enough temperatures, turning off at too high temperatures, or simply not working. There are also concerns about the device's durability and weatherproofing, with some reports of it failing after a short period of use. The reliability and performance seem inconsistent, though adjustable temperature settings may improve the product for some users.

Would RecommendWe bought this last week and installed it in the garage. It will connect to the roof de-icing wire we bought.

Junk
Would Not Recommend2-3 days after using it in a well pump house that stayed dry and covered, the device stopped working. This other option I purchased at a much lower price works flawlessly. (see picture)

Easy to Use
Would RecommendEasy control of heating device for well pipes. It would be better if it showed current present both going in (green) and coming out (yellow), or vice-verse.

Don't waste your time and money
Would Not RecommendIt came on once for less than 5min. Garbage.
Good heat lamp control
Would RecommendI was able to use this to control a heat lamp in my well housing during single digit cold snap and it kept the area at a consistent temperature around 43 degrees.

Did not work.
Would Not RecommendI purchased 3 of these units. one for a small greenhouse with a lamp, and 2 for pump houses. I watched for the light to come on and even at 29 degrees it never came on in the small Green house ( 2' x 4' ) the pump house ones never came on either. thankfully we had plan b for all. I tried it again with no load and at 19 degrees it never worked. I returned them, but since our handyman threw away one plastic container Lowes would not take it back. $25 down the drain. I found another. more simple on...
