So fast and powerful!
Would RecommendThe Dyson pencil wash is very fast and picks up on whatever mess you have on the floor. I love it for for dog messes And just a general dirty floor that's easier than mopping with a traditional mop . Love my purchase would rate it 10 stars if I could!

Streaks
We have been having issues with the cleaner leaving streaks when drying. Not sure if it’s from what we are using to clean the floor or the machine but my floor looks terrible after drying.

Small but Mighty
Would RecommendExcellent cleaning and operation. Definitely for smaller spaces on one little tank (<2000 sq ft). Moved well and mops well too while picking up small debris/dirt and cat hair.

No regrets
Would RecommendBought this a few weeks ago- it’s a delightful addition! Works great on very flat surfaces (we have concrete in our kitchen) and decently well on wood flooring. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and even without any additional soap/detergent in the water the dirt that comes up is impressive. I think it’s a worthwhile purchase!

Pencil Wash great performance and features
Would RecommendBought this last month and very happy with the performance. The “self propelled “ aspect is a great component of the Pencil Wash cleaning process. Clean you can see...
Would RecommendWell engineered and easy to set-up, the pencil wash gets my floors clean. It glides effortlessly while scrubbing the floors and the reservoir allows me to see the dirt and grime my pencil wash picked up. My floors look and feel clean when I'm finished.

PincilWash. Love my Dyson products
This is a great tool for our hardwoods and tile floors. Easy to use. Self propelled feature is super. Easy to assemble and didn’t take long to charge. Help desk said I can’t use vineager but the probiotics additive work as a dirt breaker.

Love my pencil wash
Would RecommendMy husband bought this for me because I am 70 years old and live in a house with wooden floors. I am so excited about it. It is so very easy to use. I clean my floors without hardly breaking a sweat! Wow! I just wish that they would have come up with this sooner!!!!

Efficient and effective
Would RecommendCleans as expected. I was not liking the price and then it was discounted so I pounced. Easy set up, and self explanatory. I did watch the videos for the asmr effect. My only complaint is if I’m trying to do a larger room, the sides of the roller leave dirty water lines on the floor. And by larger I mean 900sqft of floor. My floors are always clean, no shoes in the house. So I wish the dirty water reservoir was larger.

Great for pets!
Would RecommendI wasn’t sure about this “mop” but I’ve used it now for a few weeks and I love it. Easy to clean and there aren’t 100 parts to pull apart and clean. No “filter” to sludge dog hair out of. I have 4 dogs and this is a must have.

Would RecommendLoving this new way of cleaning. I used to vacuum first then mop, needless to say it was time consuming and exhausting. With the pencil wash I just do it all at once. My floors look spectacular and I can do the other jobs on my list as I’m not worn out from cleaning the floors.

Ok not great
Would Not RecommendMeh. Hard to set the roller inplace and messy to handle. Did work regarding pulling up dirty water but lacked a scrubbing effect so anything stuck on the floor needed to be scrubbed manually. 24hrs for the roller to air dry and it doesn't come with 2. It is quiet.
