I purchased it a few years ago easy to start very reliable. I have nothing but good things to say about the generator.

Great

Hubby & I returned to Mississippi after years of living in the Arizona desert. Where the only weather you deal with is heat. After hearing about the horror stories from family about the aftermath of Katrina we decided we didn't want to be weeks without power and bought the 12000 duel fuel. So happy we did. We haven't dealt with a hurricane, but have had to use it during a few weather issues. Ice, rain, snow.. no worries. Hubby hooks it up with no problems & we have heat, ac.. cold food & hot cof...

I love this thing.

It has gotten me threw 2 hurricanes. The 12000 is enough power to run my entire house, central a/c and all.

Best investment ever!

This generator is a real workhorse! We used it for 6 days after the last hurricane hit us and once we hooked it into the RV plug I had an electrician install it powered our whole 3 bedroom 2400 square feet home.

Great Generator

Owned this for three years and other than having to charge battery it’s perfect. I’ve only run it on propane but still has enough to power fridge, freezer, well pump and two full rooms.

Will not start, brand new and will not start, not very happy with this product!!!

Engine trouble before first use

I bought this a few years ago and never actually needed to use it. When I tested it, it wouldn't start, even after battery charge. No spark, so had some sort of ignition issue.

Great reliable product

The propane dual duel option offers reliable functionality without having to replace fuel. Starts well. Effortlessly. Reliable generator. The battery may drain and go bad if not started periodically.

THIS WAS MY SECOND CHOICE BUT GOT AN INCREDIBLE DEAL ON IT AND PURCHASED IT. EASY ASSEMBLED, FIRED UP EXTREMELY EASY, RAN GREAT HAVE NOT HAD IT UDER LOAD YET BUT WILL SOON.

Fantastic Power

Purchased ahead of large winter storm. Love the dual fuel capabilities and the price was fantastic! Came with plugs, tools and everything needed to get started except oil and fuel.

Buyer Beware

Generator just delivered. Issues I have. Product Issues: 1. Battery defective out of the box. Neither generator nor my charger will charge. 2. Called customer care number provided. On hold for 90 minutes and gave up. Came here to provide rating while my mood was fresh. 3. Battery cover had one cross threaded bolt. 4. Shipping braces not bolted to engine. I used my generator for the first time Dec 22, 2025. I hadn't had a chance to assemble it prior, so I had to do that in a cold, dark garage with only a flashlight. The assembly was straightforward and easy to do in spite of the conditions. I like the automatic starting sequence. Bought this to run my cabin. Runs well on propane and gas. Easy to setup and connect. Runs long on gas than propane.

Solidly Built and up to the task

I have owned this model for over a year now and have been thoroughly impressed with the build quality and durability thus far. I do winterize and start it up come hurricane season and have never had an issue with start up or storage. Would buy again.
