Ratings & Reviews for Dolphin Explorer E20 for Pools up to 33FT in Length 16-in Robotic Pool Vacuum

Worked great... but only for almost 2 years

It stopped working recently, and to my surprise (not) the 2 year warranty just expired. It's a shame that you spend a lot of money on a product to only have it stop working after 2 years (we live in the northeast and only use the product for 3-4 months out of the year. Sad.

Buy the robot caddy too, easy to move and store

So light, did a great job 1st cleaning, filter is on top easy to clean.

Swimming pool robot

Avoid buying

Worked for 1.5 years, then failed repeatedly. Sent it in 3 times under warranty—twice they replaced the motor, once claimed no issue. Still broken. Months without a working vacuum during peak algae season cost me hundreds in chemicals. Support is polite but ineffective. This product is unreliable and the warranty process is frustrating. Great little robot

This Dolphin Explorer E20 replaced an Aiper cordless robot that lasted only 5 months before it quit recharging its battery. This Dolphin is superior in my opinion. While it does have a long cord to drag around, I don't have to worry about remembering to close a plug-in-port before dropping the robot into the pool. The Dolphin is a bit lighter in weight and quieter. It seems to clean about the same. The filter baskets are nearly the same, though the Dolphin's opens for cleaning. The robot stops ...

Easy to use

A!

Pool Cleaner

Easy on line ordering and delivery of my new pool cleaner. This is my 2nd Maytronics pool cleaner. Last one lasted 7 years. I hope this one last as long.

Great pool cleaner..

Worked great right out of the box. I placed it in the pool, left it on and walked away. Came back two hours later and the entire pool was completely clean. Best decision i made to clean my pool without having to stand there and guide the head unit around. Cleaning the basket was simple and quick.

Effective makes cleaning so much better

Easy to work, and does a pretty good job

Great value for the amount you pay.

This cleans up the small debris very well not to much for pine straw.

Came to me broken

I have owned the Dolphin before, the reason I bought this one because it did a great job. Didnt get to try this one because it came to me with the motor mounts broken and pieces that needed to be snapped back on. I dont know if it was broken before it left the Lowes warehouse or fedex delivery. either way. Going to the local pool store to see if they have one.

Ideal for a small above ground pool

Does not preform well
