We bought two of these straight from the store. Boxes were in good condition. We wanted something already assembled. Got them home, opened them, and both were broken. When we saw first one, we thought some more glue and vice it together and it’d be okay. We could hide the damage on the side. Then we opened the second and the one corner was split the whole way down, which caused the shelf and the drawer runner to be hanging. Delivery delay and damaged item

We ordered 5 total cabinets and were waiting anxiously for receipt since the delivery was repeatedly delayed. Two of the cabinets had damage to the interior. My husband decided to install since we couldn’t wait for another possible 6 week delay to finish up this project.

Poor quality, 3 cabinets were damaged.

I called the store and canceled this order with a manager. And he would call the delivery service to cancel. The next day a woman is delivering them from her car from DoorDash she said. The store said she was the fourth person they found to try to deliver these. I didn’t want to mess up her payment so I accepted them. I figured I might as well keep them since they sent them anyways I only canceled them because I wasn’t sure I would like the color when I opened one box. It was completely a mess, ...

the drawers would not open and close we called 800 # and no response.we tried the.the local storeand they said to try and fix it . the drawer face chipped during that fix.

Nice budget friendly cabinet. Good finish.

Good finish, ok construction for the price. Box is square and installed with no problem. This is a budget friendly product. Drawer is not full extension or soft close. Comes with one half width (12 inch) shelf.

Terrible customer service. The product we were given was not what we ordered. We ordered a 9" base hickory cabinet. We were given a much larger wall cabinet that was white. Obviously they don't check the shipments when they come in. They returned the item but didn't reorder the correct item for us.

Quality control lacking

I've installed 3 kitchens with these. I attached this to a 15"x30" and installed it over a 48" Hampton Bay base. This order fell short on quality control. One shelf was delaminated. One cabinet side has split wood, there were several paint imperfections and one of the door bumpers is missing. Time is money and it's not worth my time to return this. I will repair what I can and let the client know. Next time I will probably go with HDs Hampton Bay which are built better and have soft close drawe...
