Unable to use

Cannot use becaused I cannot get the pump to work. I turn and turn, push and pull, and I can’t get it to dispense anything. Is this a defective pump, a test, or some kind of joke? I frequently use pump-style bottles and have never had this problem.

The soap pump is crooked!

The soap itself is great, however, what's up with the pump?? After many years of using the regular Dial Spring Water hand soap, I switched to this foaming variety but I can't figure out why the pump only wants to face sideways? I have played around with unscrewing and repositioning the pump cap, but cannot get the pump to face the front of the bottle! This is so annoying and looks ridiculous. Did I get a defective pump? It’s changed for the worse, you’ve lost a customer

This WAS my favorite hand soap, for its scent and gentleness to my skin. During the pandemic I bought about 4 years’ worth of refill bottles, and now it’s all gone. I bought a new bottle recently and it has changed for the worse. The scent is more like a household cleaning product, and it’s harsh and drying on my skin. So I bought a coconut water scent, hoping it might be better, but it’s awful, too. I’m done with Dial soap.

It foams as advertised, I would prefer a Citrus smell over Fresh Pear though.

Don’t bother buying it

It doesn’t foam as the label stated it should. Not sure it cleanses as it should, and only small amounts come out of it.

They keep making it smaller. Wasting more plastic

Every few years the bottle gets smaller and the price gets higher. If you make it much smaller there is almost no point getting the refill. It will be the same size as the dispenser.

Did the formula change?

Just bought new bottles of refill last week. It doesn't foam or feel soapy. Also, does it have to have blue & red dye? We buy it because it doesn't have yellow, and is usually a great foamy soapy.

the scent has been changed

This soap used to have the most delicious and realistic pear scent. Sadly, they've changed this fragrance by adding a woody note to it -that ruins the divine pear smell. Highly dissapointed. Will not buy again.
