I've been using Dial soap for years. No more! The hand soap is now drastically watered down. I can get water out of my faucet.

Soap is fine bottle and pump not working.

Bought 3 bottles today but not one of them worked. The pump on all 3 is nonfunctional. Same issue on all 3 bottles. Pump will not come up and out.

Dial wipes?

I am 67 years old and have been dial soap for a long time. Its was great during the pandemic but I was was wondering why you don't make antibacterial dial wipes? I bet you would make a bundle.. anyway thank you for your wonderful product.

I purchased this product . After a very agrivating effort get the to work I was unable to get it to work properly. This is a third time this has happened. Please help. Good soap but poor design for the pump. Just my opinion. Thank you for taking time to read this .

Piece of crap

I bought a bottle 3 or 4 months ago and couldn't get the pump to work. I thought is was one bottle defective. Now I bought another. Same problem.

Why change a classic???

Adding aloe to this hand soap was a mistake.... It no longer has the classic scent I like. Why ruin a good thing???? Bring back the original scent!!

Non Working Pump !

I Agree With Everyone Else. The Pump Doesn't Work, & No Direction On How To Engage It ! I Will Not Be Buying Dial Hand Soap AGAIN ! I’ll Buy Method For Me, And Soft Soap For My Husband. I Guess I Will Be Pouring This Into The Empty Soft Soap Dispenser, So We Can Use It. Very Disappointed In Dial. I Thought Ya’ll Were Better Than This.

Liquid Hand Soap Feels Like Water

You’re trying to pull a fast one on us by diluting the liquid hand soap. It’s practically useless. I won’t be buying it again. It’s a shame. You used to be the leader in soap. Now your product is like colored water.

Can't get the pump to work. I have used pump dispensers most of my life. Turn to the left, pops up, starts pumping. Not this one. Ugh.

Complaint

I bought this soap a few days ago. Huge disappointment, not expected from a Dial product.The soap is so diluted, is like washing your hands with colored water, no suds, just watery golden liquid. Shame,shame shame !!!!! I shall tell everybody about this insulting experience.

No pump no soap

Pump doesn’t work. Pushed pulled twisted no go on getting soap to come out of pump. Dial, you should go svrecsll on those non functional pump bottles. Where is your quality control on the manufacturing line?No pump no dos

I usually buy your hand soap. However, lately the pump to dispense it does not work right. I can't get it to dispense at all. Now I'm ready to switch to Softsoap brand. It's comparable in price for the 7.5 oz product. I'll be buying the other product from now on. Not gonna fool with Dial anymore. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Will not open or pump?

I can’t get this to work/pump out?? Extremely frustrating!! No directions either!! I bought a pack of 4 for this??!! I’ve used it before this and never had a problem. What’s wrong with this??

Another company cheating the consumer.

I recently purchased this hand soap. There was virtually no lather after washing for the requisite 30 seconds. Dial's products overall have declined in quality in recent years. I do not recommend this product.
