I have had this stand for about 2 months now and can’t say enough good things about it the convenience of having it be so portable. I am in a very small shop where space is a premium The foot print of this stand is perfect

Sturdy and stable miter saw table

While putting this table together I did notice that the instructions were somewhat vague in some areas but I stumbled through and finished in a little over an hour. I mounted the saw and discovered that there is one screw that is inaccessible under the saw, now unless you feel like taking the saw off just to get to one screw have at it. Stuck open, unable to close... like many others

Bought this to easily transport my 12" Dewalt Miter saw despite seeing some bad reviews on its ability to fold down. Figured those were folks who received a bad product. Within days of using the product, it started to become hard to collapse. Now that it has been about five months, I cannot get it to fold down any longer at all. It is stuck open. Unit will NOT collapse.

Nice "looking" Stand, Will NOT collapse. Popped up when the ties were cut on the outside of box. Almost hit me in the head. Instructions said not to cut ties. Ties weren't even attached. After reading and following Instructions still won't collapse to put Saw on Stand.

Good. Could be better

I've worked in a couple small shops that have this stand, so had a lot of experience with it before buying one for myself. It works exactly as it should, I haven't had any of the durability issues mentioned in other reviews. That said there's a couple things I'd like to see that keep it from being better: It's pretty heavy. Like to the point it's unsafe to load into/out of a truck bed alone. The arms come loose during cuts often and there's no clear or straightforward way to add an aftermark...

Great idea, poor desing.

I have two of theses and I have had problems with the collapsing mechanism with both of them. It's a poor design from Dewalt. They should do a recall on these. I hate when I am loosing time on the job because of broken tools.

Dewalt offer some upgrades!

WASTE OF MONEY

I purchased one of these stands last year worked for a couple months then the locking mechanism that lowers the stand down wouldn't unlatch. I reached out to dewalt and the sent me another stand brand New only used it 2 times and the same problem the locking mechanism is junk and the arms were hard to pull out. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!! It went right to the scrap yard.

Problem With Stand?

I fail to see why so many people are having issues with this miter saw stand. I’ve owned this particular model for several years and it has operated perfectly and securely holds my 65 lb. DW718 without a single problem. For the guy that wonders if DeWalt will address his issue, I assure you they will f you call them. Good stand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great stand. I’ve had it 6 months and the only problem is getting used to the lowering of the stand. Stores nice and moves great. Holds my 12” compound Dewalt miter saw very easily.
