I was at first upset , at installation schedule, I wasn't able to keep original date and rescheduled, and installer never was notified, they showed up on day not convenient for me, I think communication was bad , now I have to wait till Oct 14. kind of a bummer because told my wife it's on its way last week.?

More Bits More Bits More Bits
What can I say? I'm a sucker for good selections of bits that come with locking boxes. Dewalt stuff has served me well and they stand up long enough that I lose them before they break.

Misleading store ad
The store ad shows every bit slot filled with bits. My ordere arrived with bits missing from some slots. You can see this from the screenshot of the store pic and what I actually received. The total number of bits seem correct.

I bought this. The sticker said it was on sale just like the drill was but they forgot to remove the sticker got to the cash register. They charged me full price and then tried to say they was gonna give me a rebate refund, but they did not give me a receipt saying so.

Now I know that mistakes happen but like really... my first time let alone my adress is literally on my driveway and on my h...
