Would Not RecommendI love the compact size of these tools, and the fact that I can use the same charger for 20 and 12 volt batteries. However, in the few months that I have had them, both the drill and impact will all of a sudden not respond to the trigger. I have to take the battery off, leave it off for a while then put it back on, and so far it’s like some kind of memory is cleared and it starts working again. Would RecommendI have used these continually for many years. The only thing replaced has been the batteries from years of charging and dropping the tool on the job. I wont get another brand. I have used others but prefer my 'Mello Yellow' dependable tools.

Would Not RecommendThe driver is great, but the Dewalt drills with a plastic chuck won't hold the bit securely. It might be OK if you're only drilling wood, but if you plan to use this on metals your drill bits will spin in the chuck no matter how tight you turn it. Skip this combo and buy a better quality drill.
