With this kit, I look forward to never running out of hand tool power, regardless of how many holes I drill and screws I drive. Serious charge capacity with a short recharge, I am all set for the bathroom remodel.

This four back I caught on sale, at a terrific price. My older batteries are needing replaced and this was great opportunity. Dewalt batteries last awhile and do the job.

Lowe's not fulfilling these orders will cost them business. Like others, I bought dewalt tools from Lowe's expecting to have these batteries. The customer service thru the online Chat and phone was not helpful.

This 4 pack 12Amp battery kit was Lowes best 2025 Black Friday deal. I bought it for a friend who has Dewalt tools, I do not, and he is very happy with the price. I even wanted one for myself but could not afford it. Cannot speak on performance though because he has not used it yet.

Black Friday order. Goldsboro store canceled my order today. I have the opportunity to order it online again just not at same price. Dewalt needs to be aware of who they do business with.

Purchased this online during their door busters deals on 11/28/25 for pickup in mid December, only to get notified by Lowe's that the item is first on backorder, and now no longer available. Sorry Dewalt, product may have been good, but, never received item, called Poughkeepsie Lowes & they said they had to reorder, then was told it came in, then as i'm on my way to pick it up they call & tell me they had to give it to someone else, then the next person said I was lying, they kept me on phone for 43 min everyone passin the buck to 5 different people. Caught in several lies by their own employees or they are unqualified or lazy & when I pointed out their lies they hung up on me twice...
