What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the bathroom hardware set for its elegant, modern design and premium build quality. The brushed nickel and matte black finishes are described as stylish and durable, with reviewers noting the pieces feel substantial and well-made rather than cheap. Many highlight the sturdy towel bars capable of holding heavy robes and appreciate the customizable 24-inch extension feature. Installation is generally straightforward with provided templates, though some find the Allen wrench difficult to use and recommend alternatives. A few note the toilet paper holder doesn't securely grip larger rolls, but most consider the set a worthwhile upgrade.

Would RecommendThe hardware is very nice but the hand towel holder is very large and was too big for the area on our wall. Overall good quality though and easy to install.

Does not match the Eldren faucet.
Would Not RecommendItem does not match the Eldren faucet. Also, the toilet paper holder will not accommodate larger toilet paper rolls.

Poor Design – No satisfaction from DeltaSupport
Would Not RecommendImmediate remorse with the toilet paper holder as soon as our contractor completed our recent bathroom remodel. Because of the necessary install location, we need to pull toilet paper from mount side to open side which results in the roll coming off the holder almost every time due to its poor asymmetrical design. The nub on the open side is nowhere near large enough to prevent this, and the design precludes it from being mounted upside-down without looking terrible. I proactively contacted L...
