The no touch on this product is the best. You are not having to clean grimy kid fingerprints off it all the time.

Twitchy sensors drive me nuts

The proximity sensor is way too sensitive even on the low setting. This thing turns on an off constantly. I am likely going to just remove the batteries and use as a regular faucet. Unfortunately, by the time my remodel of the kitchen got to the point to install this, I was outside the return window. Would not recommend this. I only gave it 2 stars because the build quality seems nice.

Beautiful but...

I absolutely love the look of this but less than two months in, it started intermittently leaking from the spray nozzle. I've cleaned the nozzle numerous times and tried everything to get it to stop to no avail. VERY disappointing. I did not expect this so early in it's lifetime and it is not returnable.

Magnetic ring detached and broke.

Hi, is an excellent product, I would like to know if you sell the magnetic ring, is not on your parts list. Mine detached from the goose neck, and it broke. Is a metal magnetic ring. I Really need this part and instructions of how to attach it.

Love me some cheap plastic garbage

The magnet on the Delta Trinsic pulldown faucet is too strong for the cheap plastic connection between the neck and the base.

Overengineered.

The solenoid ("brain") failed and had to be replaced within the first 3 months after installation. Delta sent a new solenoid which seemed to work fine. However, two years later, it is again malfunctioning. If you turn on the faucet, it randomly turns itself off without being touched. It is very annoying and I'd just as soon have a traditional faucet that works with the handle for on & off. No more of the touch on & off. Hot and cold labels not consistent

I have both this faucet and the Trinsic single-handle bathroom vanity faucet. The cold and hot label are in the opposite direction. For one faucet, when you pull towards the wall, it is hot; in the other, it is cold. It is dangerous for young children, and annoying for us and guests as it is not consistent. Is there any way this can be fixed?

Touchless feature may not work.

Nice look. Easy installation. Touch feature works fine but touchless doesn’t work at all despite extensive troubleshooting.

Disappointed with Delta

I registered this product when it was first purchased in 2018. The product no longer works and as I try to find out warranty information, Delta deleted my original registration. Now I have to re-register my product again to even get help. This is both an inconvenience and perhaps a policy change if they no longer provide warranty on my product. Frustrating!!!

Unreliable - worst purchase ever

We bought this in July 23 and installed/started using in Jan 24. We always struggled with getting the touch feature to work, but its gotten worse to the point that 2.5months in I get water in my kitchen maybe 1 time out of 7-8 times I try in a day! We just go through a big ennovation and remodel and the last thing Iw anted was to have to deal with product issues when you invest in a supposedly high quality product. never buying Delta again. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY

We purchased this faucet to complement updates to our kitchen. That was a mistake! Within 6 months of installation, the faucet no longer worked - no water sometimes and when there is water, the LED lights that indicate water temperature either don't work or don't indicate the correct temperature. Delta sent a replacement part because it's under warranty, but, of course, that leaves us with a second installation cost in less than a year. Gorgeous and very quickly dysfunctional

Love the look of this! Installation was fairly straightforward and it functioned fine for the first little while. But within 3 months, the pull-down sprayer head would not retract properly into the main faucet - the inner ?tube? magnet? something was protruding from the main faucet approx 1/4 inch blocking the head from fitting in properly. Stupidest faucet

While this looks beautiful it’s the stupidest technology. Will turn on/off on its own, you may be in the middle of washing dishes and don’t touch it at all and it’ll turn off. Or you could be no where near it and it’ll turn on and stay on for hours. It doesn’t solve a problem, it only creates the problems. Don’t buy it, it’s a waste.

I love this faucet

I have now owned this faucet about 3 years. I bought the AC Adapter to alleviate the need for changing batteries. It's beautiful! My only issue, which would not stop me from buying again, is that there is quite a long delay in the faucet going from hot/warm to cold water. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase.

Like the faucet, but battery usage is unacceptable

Installed about a 3 weeks ago. The included batteries lasted about 4 days. I figured it was old no-name batteries that were included. Went out and bought some 6 C-cell batteries, expecting that they might last a year, even though the manual says “up to three years.” Guess what? “Up to three weeks” is more like it. That they sell this without an adapter is criminal, particularly when you consider the cost of the product. Save your money!

Breaks consistently

First off, I love the design and the functionality when the faucet works. Also Delta has replaced a piece free of charge for us, which we appreciated. Attached is how our spout looked last year. This year, the sink started dripping and the hot water will not run (if turned to hot) to try and repair, we will have to spend another $200 in hopes replacement parts will work. Arrive with Broken and Missing Parts

When I spend over $500 for a faucet that is being shipped by Lowe’s, I expect to receive a new product, This one was obviously a return; at least one part was missing, and another was broken off and then taped back in place! then when I scheduled a return, it appears they will only refund the faucet price, and not the ~$30 it cost me for shipping!

We placed this in our Airbnb. Such a beautiful faucet and adds some class to our kitchen. Works as advertised and very handy when cooking.
