product is very easy to install. Can be hand tightened on supply pipe with (included) teflon tape - no leaking at connection. Main shower head rotates 180 degrees to become a "rainfall" shower but no spray pattern adjustments are possible other than stop. Flow pressure improved slightly after connecting this new head. Make sure you have clearance to install

We really wanted to add this to our bathroom, but were unable to due to the design of our tub/shower. The base is a large solid piece including the rainshower head, and our connector is simply too near the corner (12") to allow that to turn. I still think this is an amazingly cool item but caution those thinking of buying to first measure and make sure it will work for you to avoid the frustration and extra steps we experienced in our upgrade. Best one in my life!

Absolutely my favorite shower head in my life. Like being at a spa with the rain shower style, The newer cleaning feature with the jet on the hand held is finally here. The pressure is great in my area, but this may struggle in places with poor water pressure. I do take out the flow restrictor as that is my one guilty pleasure in life. Great except for the Very Cheap Hose!

This $130 shower head pivots down, has a magnetic wand with good pressure and settings, looks good, and installation was very easy. I bought 2 of these in the matte black color, very nice! The only issue is that it comes with a VERY CHEAP HOSE! Doesn't look like the picture on the box, which looks like it's stainless steel! This cheap hose comes kinked right out of the box! Ordered this and picked it up about a week ago. Ordering and pickup was easy. Installed it tonight with no problems and it works great! As a plus it looks as good as it works!
