Clip to hold shower head wears out

The showerhead was great until six months of use the clip to attach the removable showerhead no longer holds the showerhead. It weakens over time and the showerhead will come crashing down in the middle of the night making sounds like someone is breaking into your house. not worth the money spent.

Shower wand falls all the time

Love the thought of this shower head and that there is a detachable wand but it doesn’t stay attached. Have had it since March and was fine at first but in the last 2 months it just fall randomly or at the slightest touch! Just bought another that is similar with magnet. Hopefully this one is better!

Showerhead will fall and fracture your toes

The showerhead will not stay in place and falls off by itself randomly and at the slightest touch of the hose. This design is terrible.

Fallling shower head

Shower head doesn't stay in place. Started occasionally after purchase, progressively got worse. Had to tie knot in hose to keep it from hitting the floor. Now won't stay at all,

absolute garbage

like others with one-star reviews, the wand part often refuses to stay in place. I should have read the reviews first. Delta support said to return it so that's what I'm doing. I'll replace it with another brand.

Looking for the best shower head?

I purchased this shower attachment and glad that I did. It delivered a soothing spay that feels great against my body. With the removable head, I can spray my body everywhere. Even has a massage setting for my sore spots. It came with a realistic price that really made me happy. I definitely recommend this Delta showering system.

Won't stay the cradle.

Just will not stay in the cradle and is constantly falling. Cradle prongs seem to wear down after a few months. Will be changing brands.

The shower head connection doesn’t tighten well. The plastic connection feels cheap and water leaks.

Do not buy *****

The product works well overall, but the showerhead does not always stay securely in place. Because of this, I have to leave it on the stand when not in use. Not worth the money

Wand keeps falling down

We were very excited when we first purchased this as the water pressure and spray patterns were great. After 1 week the wand won’t stay attached and keeps falling. There is definitely a design flaw in how it is supposed to work.

Delta shower head

We purchased two shower heads. After several days of use, the cradle where the hand held shower head broke. The tabs that hold it in broke. Returned it. Got a new one. Then the second broke. Now the third one broke. Same defect. The last one lasted three months. Garbage design

Magnet does not keep handheld attached

This product was exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately, the magnet is very weak and does not keep the handheld shower head attached to the rest of the unit. We are contacting delta regarding this dissatisfaction as we have only had it for a few months and have used it minimally.

Great shower head for the money!

Great shower head! Many different shower stream selections, send like there is a different stream for every purpose! The hose is very flexible and the shower head is easy to install and easy to use.

Great shower head and easy to install

I bought this shower head last week, It was so easy to install - took less than five minutes. (I think it took longer to remove the old one!) Works great with nice features. The additional spray options are good to have, and the removeable wand is very convenient.

Hand held falls to the floor

After about 2 or 3 weeks, we noticed that the hand held part randomly separates and falls to the floor. It appears that the latching mechanism just gives way for no reason at all. Initially we absolutely loved it. But this is a very annoying problem when attempting to take a shower and the thing drops to the floor. Might be a great use if you have a separate holder for the handheld shower. Attempting to return to Lowes after 30 days.
