What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the powerful water pressure and versatile spray settings, with many noting it surpasses previous models and performs well even when using both fixed and handheld options simultaneously. The multiple spray modes, especially the jet cleaning feature for shower surfaces, are frequently highlighted as transformative. Installation is simple and tool-free, and the brushed nickel and matte black finishes blend seamlessly with bathroom fixtures. A few report weaker pressure in low-flow spaces or mention the hose feels stiff, but these concerns are far outweighed by positive feedback.
