Handheld part keeps falling down
I love the look/design however within the 1st week the handheld part started falling out. When the hose is moved a bit or when changing settings it’s come right out and water gets sprayed everywhere. It seems like it don’t click in securely. Unfortunately I don’t have the box or I would return after being hit in the back head for the 10th time by the handheld falling.

Handheld doesn’t stay in
Would Not RecommendI think we possibly have a faulty handle because the handheld part does not stay in the cradle unless we have the main shower head pointing up slightly.

Hand held sprayer cleans and rinses well.
Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Weak water flow when set to hand held and outer ring. Maybe it’s just my house not the shower head.
