What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the faucet's stylish design, brushed nickel and chrome finishes, and effortless installation, with most completing setup themselves without professional help. The high-arc design is frequently noted for updating kitchens and complementing modern decor. However, a notable minority report persistent sprayer leaks and weak water pressure issues, with some requiring replacement within a year. Despite these concerns, most customers consider the faucet good value and appreciate the brand's lifetime warranty, though a few mention minor quirks like delayed water flow or wobbly handles.

One year later
Would RecommendThe finish still looks good with my water chemistry, slightly acidic. I like the high arch and the simple clean design. I now have to replace the hot water cartridge. Thought it should have worked longer.

Great product
Would RecommendGreat , reliable product thus far. With I had known beforehand that the hardware wasn’t included but it was only a few more dollars and easy to install.

Frustrating
Would Not RecommendFrom the start, seemed cheaply constructed, handles & long faucet have always been loose & feel flimsy. The attachment sprayer will not work if 1) I have both full hot + cold water 2) the hose is bent slightly while spraying. It vibrates loudly & cuts water flow as if kinked. Even if careful not to

Base plate
Would RecommendI would recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind having a base plate. I liked the looks of the faucet and would have kept it except the base plate is permanent and I didn't want one. The only way to know that would have been to read the Q&A. I"assumed" the plate could be discarded if I wanted too. Was a deal breaker for me. I can't say how it works as I returned it.

Water pressure is terrible
Would Not RecommendThe water pressure on the side sprayer, barely does anything and is so much weaker than the normal hot and cold water my old broken faucet was so much better than that if it wasn’t leaking
