What Customers Are Saying
The Delta Savile kitchen faucet features a sleek, modern design with versatile spray options including stream, spray, and shield spray. Customers generally find the faucet to be high-quality and functional, with powerful water pressure and a convenient pull-down sprayer with magnetic docking. However, some users reported difficulties in precisely controlling the water temperature and completely shutting off the water flow. A small percentage of customers also experienced issues with leaks or malfunctions after 1-2 years of use.

Would RecommendGood product has lasted me fourteen years so far and going strong. The Venetian Bronze is the perfect color for me. The only downside is the shutoff is a little fidgety and will drip if you don't get it in just the perfect position.

Started leaking in under a year
Would Not RecommendI bought this on clearance. At first, I really liked it. It looked nice and worked well. Just before the 1 year mark it started leaking at the round ball. I was disappointed to say the least.

Time saving sprays.
Would RecommendWe love it. Worth the money. Repair parts are easy to get and our plumber told us every plumber has their parts on their trucks. The sprayer head has different flows. One we really like is the fine jet spray that cleans the plates.

NOT recommended
Would Not RecommendWe have had this faucet for about a year now. You must be very careful when turning the water off to get the "perfect" spot. It's frustrating and annoying. I often come into the kitchen and the faucet still has a small stream of water coming out because the last person wasn't vigilant in getting it to the exact spot it needed to be at. If you read through other low-star reviews this is a known problem and Delta still sells the faucet this way. There is a review from 2012 stating the same pr...

Bad product, not durable.
Would Not RecommendAfter filing my first review. JKado, April 19, 2024, Delta Faucet's Kayla responded to contact customer support. Clearly she didn't read my review. I had been in contact with them 3x prior to filing the bad review. This website doesn't let you update your review...So I purchased this Delta faucet in Aug'23, magnet problem March/April'24 and still ongoing and NOW the liquid soap pump died and I just had to replace it. I repeat, bad product, stay away, not durable.

Leaking from day 1
Would Not RecommendI have had delta products in all my houses for over a decade now. This one leaked from the handle the day it was installed. I contacted delta after finding many similar reviews and they send replacement cartridge and flush instructions. This did not resolve the issue, so they sent another set of replacement parts. Again, no success so they finally approved a whole faucet replacement and requested I text a video of the leak which I did within 5 minutes of ending the call. It's now been two weeks ...

Delta faucet
Would RecommendSuper easy to install. I have never put a faucet in and I did it with no assistance. So far no leaks or concerns. I liked the magnet section to hold up the sprayer head.
