What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the touch technology, sleek design, and premium construction. The touch and touchless activation is lauded for convenience and hygiene benefits—especially when handling raw food or with wet hands—with water flowing at preset temperature and volume. The modern matte black finish, spotshield coating, smooth pull-down sprayer with magnetic docking, and LED temperature indicator are widely admired as beautiful and durable. Installation is consistently easy, completed in under an hour. A small number report occasional sensor placement issues or strong flow settings, but most find the faucet indispensable and wouldn't return to traditional models.

Love this faucet. Great value, sleek design and love being able to pull down the spray head to clean out the sink.

touchless sensor too sensitive

 Would Recommend

Is there a way of adjusting the sensitivity? We do dishes and the water keep turning off. Will have to touch it and it goes back on, only to go off in 10-20 seconds.

Terrible product

 Would Not Recommend

This is the most splotchy spotted faucet. Doesn’t matter how much you clean it, it keeps spots and looks dirty and gross. It also splatters water everywhere! Junk. Our experience with Lowes in general has been awful.
