What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these deck screws for composite decking, highlighting excellent color matching, low-profile heads that sit nearly invisible, and strong holding power that never pulls out. The thread design grips securely without mushrooming. However, many report screw heads strip easily during installation despite included bits, requiring higher-quality alternatives. A dominant concern is the "no pre-drilling" marketing claim—most users found pre-drilling necessary to avoid stripping or splitting, contradicting advertised capability. Despite these frustrations, reviewers consistently recommend the product for composite applications when proper installation techniques are followed.

Worst screws ever
Would Not RecommendWorse money ever spent on screws. They bend and break. They require a non-standard bit that is too short for proper leverage. The heads strip out at the slightest excuse. I'd give these a negative star rating if possible. Will never touch this brand again.

Good product. Did what I needed it to do and more
Would RecommendI had purchased the wrong size a few days earlier at another Lowe's store and then I returned to my local store and they had them in stock. Just what I needed and just the right time.
These screws work perfect for composite decking.
