Pickup A Hassel Had to Cancel
Sent the wife in to collect the goods I ordered online. They were NOT READY. They would not let her take the item off the shelf - telling her she had to wait for them to be ready. So, not wanting to make another round trip for single item, she bought another 'off the shelf' but I lost my Vet's discount because they wouldn't let he pick up the stuff I ordered. I canceled. Since found alternate suppliers. No way to treat a 'valued customer!'
