Warranty Failed
Would Not RecommendAppeared to be a great shovel until it broke. This surprised me as I have used Craftsman for years. I am a 71 year old lady not a contractor. When I spoke to Lowes they told me I had to call Craftsman and they provided a phone number. Craftsman then forwarded my call to somewhere in Mexico that could not help me. Not sure what happened to Craftsman but it isn't what it used to be. The Warranty they advertised only provided frustration.
