Not your father's Craftsman tools, but it works.

I own many craftsman tools and while this is a nice set, it is not the same quality of the old Craftsman tools. I like the fine tooth ratchet included with the set, it's nice for working in areas with limited space. The issue is this set seems to have flex in it, almost like the metal is softer than the old Craftsman tools. This set should get the job done though. One thing that would be nice, would be if they sold this set with both standard and deep well sockets.

It is perfect for my truck in case of emergencies. It is small and can fit just about anywhere. The price is great, and the quality is equally so. It has the same quality that you would expect from Craftsman. If you are on the fence about purchasing this item, you should just go ahead get it.

Basic 1/4 in. metric set

Good standard set of metric sizes for everyday use. A small extension is included which is better than nothing. Better to have something and not need it over needing it and not having it. Quality tools from a good brand with warranty as well. I recommend this product for the minimalist that doesn’t need a lot of unnecessary tools.

High quality

I've never had anything but good results with Craftsman tools, and these are no exception. I've been buying them since my first car and 50 years later, I'm still using them. Cases last too and with socket sets like these, it just makes the job easier. Another thing, Craftsman uses a button so the sockets just pop off. No pulling required.

It’s a keeper

I’ve bought this set for a replacement of my much older set that was missing a 12mm socket. Quality control was a bit lacking. The extension was missing the retention ball. No big deal as the lifetime warranty for the tool was easy to exchange at lowes. Highly recommend.
