Battery doesn't last

Only good for about 10 minutes on a full charge. Not good for big jobs.

It is Really Handy

I used it to blow all the leaves off my lawn. The battery lasts just as long as I do. I don't want to face another fall without it. My mother uses it for snow up north.

The product arrived in a box that had received water or liquid damage. the associate said we could reorder product or try this one. we opted for trying since we had waited a week for product to come. The enclosed chargeable battery won’t charge. We have other craftsman rechargeable items, so tried one of those batteries, it charged on the charger and the blower works. I called the Lowe’s store, they told me to bring everything back and they will decide how to proceed. The store is a 30 mile trip...

Second Craftsman blower purchased

We bought a bigger blower for the house and so when we needed one for our travel trailer, it was a no brainer to grab another V20 Craftsman. We chose the smaller one because of a sale and it would fit out needs.

2 years of use, but now it won't go into high powe

I like the product. While the battery life on the smaller battery is not ideal, I bought larger batteries and they last much longer. Have been using it for two years. But recently, it stopped going into high power. I have changed batteries and ensure they are fully charged but it simply will not function at the higher setting. Any ideas on what the problem may be and how to fix it?

Terrible Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible product, won't ever buy craftsman again. 7 minutes of run time isn't enough to do anything. Wish i still had the receipt to return it! Craftsman has went way down hill!

Great tools

It's a good product. I bought it as a package deal with a weedeater, very good deal. Both are light and work great.

Works well, dies quickly

The power is great - the battery that comes with it sucks. If using on high the battery dies in less than 10 minutes. it's an affordable, decently powered leaf blower but you get what you pay for with this battery.

The battery life of the leaf blower is a joke, lasts not even 10min

it's not worth it! too much for 1 battery to handle...battery doesn't keep charge...

Poor quality

The battery last about 8-10 minutes. The machine gets very hot and stops working. I put a newly charged battery in it and it last even less than the first. Terrible product.
