Would Not RecommendI have this ice machine for not even 9 months it is supposed to have one year warranty. Ice machine great loved it, just lost power. Would no longer come on I reached out to Lowe's and to cowsar and no one would honor the warranty. Lowes says the warranty is through cowsar not them. Cowsar is apparently an international company won't honor anything over 6 months. Offered $100 for a $340 machine PayPal only. Don't buy !!

Would RecommendThe first day took a really long time to make ice but after that is great. I’ve only had it for a little while so can’t really say too much about it. I love the little ice cubes though.

I ordered this on March 6th with a delivery date of 3/13. I haven't received it or any help. Chat help was difficult as well. Very disappointed with this process.
Compact for countertop
Would Not RecommendThe ice maker is good and does what we need it. The nuggets are more like shaved ice - porous and broken up instead of a little solid nugget like I expected. It still works for beverages and water bottles, it just melts near instantly so you won't have a long lasting cold.
