No safety latch; cuts ok with enuf hand strength
Would RecommendCuts cleanly if you apply a lot of force, but the safety latch does not work. That may be why this pair was available in mid-August, when all other Lowes-type stores are out of shears. The lack of a safety latch makes this pair dangerous.
