Ratings & Reviews for Command White with Grey Band Hanging Broom gripper 4-lb Capacity

Doesn’t work on painted cement!

I bought this to organize my brooms, etc because it states it works on painted cylinder cement blocks. I am not exactly sure how they lasted but all 6 of them fell off. The brooms are well under the weight limit. I used a couple of others on painted wood and they worked great. These are still working great. False advertising that they work on painted cylinder cement block.

Great idea but doesn’t stick everywhere

Didn’t last but two months on our kitchen cabinet door back.

Fell off the wall

I purchased 4 of these to organize my broom closet. At first they looked and worked great, but within a few months, they have all fallen off the walls. They didn’t damage the walls like others have complained of, but they definitely won’t stick anymore. I followed the directions when mounting them and I used normal brooms/mops (nothing too heavy). I’m debating about getting a new set of strips to see if they work., but I don’t want to waste more money.

Broom gripper used for hairdryer

I bought this gripper and use it in my bathroom to hang up my hairdryer. Several of my friends and family are now doing the same thing. Keeps it off the countertop. Love 3M command merchandise.

Works but takes paint off

Held my brooms very well. When I went to take the strip off my door it ripped the paint off my door.

The best

Honestly the best broom solution out there. Nothing better than being able to vacuum or mop without having to move a broom off the floor. This small solution is a game changer.

Game changer

I use command products all over the home and this is by far one of my favorites.

Command strips didn't work

I install the Broom Gripper to wall in laundry room to hang a broom. After about 48 hours, the entire assembly was off the wall. Wouldn't adhere to painted wall.

Very Disappointed!

Put these in Laundry room for brooms and mops, thought it was a great idea. Today, I went to pull the mop out, the whole gripper pulled off the wall paint and all!

Disappointed

I bought this to hold a broom and mop, they kept falling off the wall, waste of money.

My most prized and favorite organizational tool has been the 3M - Command Broom and Mop Grippers! I like organization! The ease and simplicity of walking into the closet, grabbing and putting back my Swiffer and broom has been priceless. I even purchased one as a housewarming gift for my daughter's first apartment!

Does exactly what it's meant to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a number of these now. I use them in my closet to hold various cleaning items; broom, dustpan, etc. They've held up very well throughout many uses & continue to stay sturdily put on the wall. Very happy!

So simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a convenient way to create a place for your broom and mop. Keeps them organized and arranged but, quickly accessible. It was incredibly easy to place them. I simply love them!

Not damage free removal at all

As you can see in the photos..all kinds of damage. The little tabs at the bottom snapped off without removing the rest of the adhesive. Would love to see the testing done on this mechanism, because 3 out of 3 all failed horribly.

Great features but needs better hoold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several months ago. Of the three I hung, only one has stayed hanging. One lasted about 6 months. I also have no idea where or what to buy to rehang the ones I have. It is a great idea and when it works, it is great.

A different use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few dark zones in fenced backyard making it difficult to ‘herd’ three Goldens in at night. Had a spare broom holder and a flashlight that fit in its grip perfectly. No more hide and seek with silly dogs!

Does not stay up

I followed the instructions for putting the broom gripper up. In fact I waited for longer than an hour. Within a week it fell down!

Decluttered my shower!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fascia blast in the shower with four different tools. They were a cluttered mess I was always shifting around to keep from tripping or knocking them off the ledge and breaking. Broom and mop grippers to the rescue! The blasters are now up on the wall and out of the way until I need them. No issues with moisture or using on tile either.

Perfect Holder!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these to hold 3 different brooms and a swiffer mop for 6+ months and I've had zero issues! They stick perfectly and hold the weight well! I love that I don't have to drill into my walls to mount anything!

Handy Handle Holder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my broom and floor squeegee and hung 2 outside the kitchen door in the garage. They serve very well at keeping things neat and orderly. They also look very nice.
