They can't ship two identical pieces
Would Not RecommendOrdered two of these as my plans changed. They sent me two totally different pieces. Called them up told them the problem. They agreed however they want me to drive an hour and a half to return a $7.98 part for a refund. Talk about total unacceptable customer service and business practices. I haven't shopped at Lowe's for many years because of this. Due to necessity I did this time and regret every second of it
