Poor performance

Disappointed in the quality. We bought a tub that had 52 Actionpacs inside. At first we had no issues at all, clean dishes, no residue everything was great. We started noticing the pacs were not dissolving completely and there was quite a bit of the powdered soap left on the door of the dishwasher and we had to run another cycle to clear the remaining soap. Eventually it got to the point where we needed to run a second or third cycle to clear the residue as the utensils and dishes had soapy film...

Simple, effective, consistent

I use these every time I load up the dishwasher. Great smell, cleans all the grease and grime off of plates and pans. These dont leave any weird residue on plates and everything feels fresh. Always get the pods in the bug container so it makes it easy to just grab one and pop it in when needed. I know exactly what to expect each time I use these and I appreciate having clean dishes without the hassle or mess.

Best for my dishwasher and dishes

I prefer cascade over any other brand. I tried switching once and immediately regretted it. I like that cascade is safe for my dishwasher and actually gets my dishes clean the first time. I love that there’s no have to completely wash dishes before putting them in the wash. Just scrape load done.

Worth the money

This is probably the best dish detergent I’ve ever used. It cleans and rinses great. No residue on any of the dishes or glasses. It’s nice to have something that actually works.

worked great, until it didn't

I bought the Cascade complete and for a long time I was very impressed compared to the previous produce I was using. Now the packets don't dissolve in the hot wash cycle. I find the packets lying on the bottom of the washer. Sadly I bought the 78 pack, and only had success with about 20 of them. I even placed one of the failed ones in a bowl of water, and it is not dissolving after 30 min. I tried to contact the company, and there is no simple way to do that. Better view in advertising

I like the product. But, please clean up you advertised tv having people do unsavory table manners. Licking the plate and wiping ones mouth with the back of a hand disgusting.

Cascade platinum plus

Good product but not the greatest for me. I have ish it was a little more powerful so that I didn’t have to hand-wash the ones with more stubborn stuff. It did dissolve well and no residue was present.

Smells clean and leaves no residue.

As you can see, I’m practical of cascade platinum pacs. They are my favourite. Smells absolutely refreshing. Made from clean ingredients, it cleans dishes so well it does not leave residue. Easy to use and friendly to dishwashers and the filter.

Works great, super convenient package!

These work great in my dishwasher! I like to use them with the streak free rinse and it makes things come off plates and bowls without rinsing them first! Packaging keeps my curious cats from chewing through it!
