Love this Fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I thought the size was too small, but frankly, it's perfect inside and out.

Disappointed

We have been having issues with the temperature on this fridge. We have reached out to GE and they have not been helpful at all, say someone will call us and they do not. We are now months out, no solution and we are constantly tossing food out as it is freezing and getting ruined. Extremely disappointing.

No WiFi

Inside leaking water. Ice build up the frig and then defrosting dripping in draw.

If you're looking for a complaint, look elsewhere

Most reviews about appliances have some sort of complaint. I'm pleased to say that we have absolutely no complaints about our refrigerator/freezer. This is the best kind of review an appliance can get from me.

Pricey Exterior, Average Interior

It's a perfectly fine GE 33" refrigerator, dressed up with Cafe doors. The interior is nothing like the Cafe 36" version: no light wall, no grey interior, no gold-trimmed shelves.

No operational manual provided. Door are very hard to close. Shelves are difficult to rearrange.

Smallest freezer ever and not the quietest

It’s the smallest freezer I’ve ever seen. We have to spend more money and purchase another fridge/freezer for the garage. Would not recommend it for a family with more than 2 people. It’s also much louder than our GE profile that was pretty old.

Great Features!

Happy with this refrigerator. Easy to keep clean, large-sized shelves on the doors. Holds enough food for two people. Once in a while you can hear the ice maker, but overall, it is very quiet. I really like the warning beep if the door is open too long. It is a beautiful model and fits well in the kitchen space. It is also easy to pull out to do cleaning behind it. The freezer size could be larger. Otherwise, it is perfect for our needs.

LOUD

Why is the refrigerator so LOUD? I can hear it on my first floor from the next room. It's like it's struggling to exist. Who designed this?

unpleasant experience

freezer capacity extremely small The motor is annoying. It sometimes is so loud it hums and vibrates and other times it can be quiet. frustrating. and when you open the "little" freezer the shelf with the ice slams to a stop. ugh. not pleased with the unit

Decent but not great

The refrigerator section is pretty good. It has a nice capacity, although the shelves seem kind of cheap. The chilled water feature isn’t very good, as the spout is so close to the wall that trying to fill thick chill cups is a challenge. The freezer section though is poor. Capacity is decent, but it does not open or close smoothly. It makes ice well, but there doen’t seem to be a way to keep it from making too much ice unless you shut it off. Clearly not much engineering effort was put ...

Love how quiet it is!

Love how cold it keeps all my food. Wish the water was on the outside, having to keep the door open while letting all the cold air out is frustrating... Would be nice if it was 21 cu. in" for 2 people it is small.. Also, makes great ice but wish it had a cover like my old GE Profile... My electricity did go down replacing to a newer frig and love that it is quieter than my GE Profile

I would not recommend

It looks great but it is a very loud fridge. It does not seem to hold a consistent temperature. It randomly freezes the vegetables and you are never sure if the ice cream will be soft or frozen rock hard on any given day. I cannot recommend this product.

Wi-Fi

No WiFi capabilities in the refrigerator. Seems that I need to buy an adapter. Not worth it,

Fits in my kitchen

Poor shelving and difficult to install . Ice machine doesn't work . People who install refrig should put shelves in>

Don’t buy

High end appliance! For shame GE. Don’t let the outside fool you. This product is made cheaply: it’s NOISY! It runs 45 minutes out of every hour. I am saddened and disappointed every time I walk through my kitchen. $2800 out the window.

Short life. Compressor failure.

Compressor went out at around 5 years old. No warranty and have to replace. Do not recommend.

I love my Cafe!

Beautiful appliance. Sleek lines, clean and bright look inside, lots of roomy shelves on the doors, drawers that you can see through. Noise level is not as loud as some reviewers mentioned. This fridge is easy to move, it must have wheels underneath; so the floor can be kept clean. We purged the water line to make sure the water tastes good, and threw out the first batch of ice to ensure cubes were produced with clean water. The only downside is the freezer is small but we will have to make wise...

Great looking with Surprising Space.

Great space saver with shelves on both doors and water inside. Fits Perfectly between my counter and wall while the drawers open fully.
