Way too expensive for the poor quality.

Several new features

Still learning the use of new features compared to my previous Cafe series microwave. With no written manual it is “trial and error” to learn features!

Fantastic versatility

This is the most versatile oven ever. Easy to operate, quiet, beautiful. The non-vented exhaust is the best I have ever owned—it works as well as a vented exhaust. It is large capacity and can microwave, air fry, and also convection bake or roast. I love this appliance.

Meh microvave microwaves

I’m being as honest as I can be; this machine’s only good features are the light and the microwave function. I’m not going to say that anything else works—the air fryer part doesn’t actually air fry, and the oven part doesn’t function as an oven. I’ve just installed this unit and have had it for about four days, and it’s been working perfectly; nothing is wrong with it. None of the food gets warmed up when you use the air fryer. It doesn’t air fry at all. The oven doesn’t even work like an oven....

Good Features

product was great however there is no display for the time of day which was available on the unit that it replaced it so that was a big disappointment; otherwise it was a great product installation was fast ventilation I'm not so sure about because I'm not sure of how they vented it; the controls are easy to use and the capacity is good.

AWESOME Appliance

Installation team was outstanding and very courteous, friendly, and professional. I recommend them to anyone. The controls take a bit to get used to and I wish the quick guide was a bit more detailed, but overall, this is an amazing appliance.

Beautiful

Beautiful microwave. The only con is that you must use the dial for setting all times and you have to press the dial twice or once and the start button to get it started.

Cooks evenly

I like the look and the fact that it matches my stove. I wish it was easier to program and that it came with actual instructions. I don’t like having to get on a device every time I want to learn something about using it. It cooks much more evenly than past microwave.

Great Product

Love this microwave. It replaces a countertop model that was at least 15 years old. Controls are easy to follow. Primarily use for the microwave, but have used the convection oven feature a time or two to reheat pizza. Worked great without heating up my large oven.

Great features.

Love the easy access to the different pre program settings. The copper handles are such great dynamic eye candy. The assessors that come with it are really cool too.

Really nice microwave

Syncs with range to automatically run the exhaust fan. Large interior capacity, and polished metal walls for easy cleaning. Controls are easy once you get used to it. It looks amazing.

Beautiful microwave

Beautiful microwave. Fit perfectly to replace my GE. Display is big and bright. Love all the functionality.

Different than most

This microwave cooks well and has different options. Bake air fry etc. However, the process of choosing length of cooking time and strength of power is cumbersome and not intuitive. It takes a while (even with directions) to figure out and doesn’t give you many options. It wants to pick for you…. Looks nice, functions well. I would purchase again but be aware there’s a learning curve!

Great features

I love my microwave and have used several of the features. It has been great for convection baking and air frying as well as the Steam Cook method. I considered it a treat to myself but it has replaced so many other appliances I now say it's a necessity in any kitchen.

I like it but I don’t like all the racks that need to go with it. Too much junk.

I only had it one day and so far I am happy with it I thought it might be hard to operate and I would be a couple of days figuring it out but it was simple self explanatory

Can be frustrating to use

I admit that we not fully used all the functions at this time, and have 3 stars for now, and may do another review later after more use. The appliance is cosmetically nice, but as with other reviewers, I do agree on a couple of things. 1. The owners manual (that you have to download and print ~ almost 40 pages - same thing with the Cafe' slide in range we bought) is unclear and can certainly use improvements. I am not sure who GE uses to develop the manual, but it does not get into detail on h...

Great improvement

This model is a significant improvement over the last model. The convection option is a great addition. The door is not as heavy (which led to misalignment in our previous model -- which had a broken latch which could not be repaired). The controls are logical (not all are).
