Ratings & Reviews for Cafe 24-in Top Control Built-in Dishwasher ( Stainless Steel with Brushed Stainless Handles ) With Third Rack, Dual Convection Ultra Dry , 44-Decibel

Poor functioning high priced dishwasher

We have had nothing but trouble with this dishwasher. It leaked all over our new floors and we had to replace brand new flooring. It did not come with the proper bracket for install so it’s not installed correctly. It shuts off routinely in the middle of a cycle. It does not get our dishes clean at all no matter how many times we clean out the filter and re-run it. We are so disappointed as we purposely chose this line even though it had a higher price point.

Poor design, steam damaged to island

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First DW was steaming from the top creating lots of condensation to where the water was running down the islands side panels and creating a puddle on the floor. Took over 4 months for GE to replace with new and the new DW is the same way. Seems like the door seals are not holding the steam causing condensation all around the DW. Don't buy, overpriced poor product.

Quietest Dishwasher Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the dishwasher for over a month now. The most noticeable difference from any other dishwasher is the noise level. You can be standing next to it while it’s running and you won’t hear a thing until it starts draining water. The dish come out very clean. It gives you many options to customize the washing for different types. One downside of it is that it takes much longer to complete a cleaning cycle. If you’re in need for a qu...

So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the dishwasher seems to work great, we’ve been using it for about three months. The tracks seem a little cheap in how they pull in and out of the washer but other than that no complaints so far.

Very Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this dishwasher, it is quite, efficient and a joy to use. I do wish there were more options on the face but using the app is just fine too. Everything comes out dry, clean, and what more can one expect.

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Efficient and quiet! Washing ability is great and cleaning the food filter was very easy.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, we are finding the dishes are not coming clean nor are they drying. I'm finding dirty, wet dishes when I go to empty it, leaving me to just end up washing by hand anyway.

Lemon

Used it once and it stopped working repair coming out

Love my dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the third rack for my long utensils, the dishwasher is also very quiet and cleans well. The bottle and utensils jets are great

Cleans well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my dishwasher for about 9 months and I am very pleased. My dishes come out clean and dry, but on occasion there is some stuck on food after the cycle is complete. I do use the Ultra dry cycle vs normal to ensure everything is completely dry. This cycle adds some time but I think that it’s worth is. In terms of noise this is very quiet! The third row rack could be better…I really can’t put much in it and I really only use it because ...

Good Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I really enjoy this dishwasher. The noise is almost nonexistent. I sometimes have to walk over to it to make sure it is still running. It gets the dishes very clean. I have never had any issues with stuck on food or anything. As far as capacity, it holds plenty of dishes, but I will say that I sometimes with the third rack wasn’t there because it takes up some space and isn’t as useful as I would hope. The drying works pretty well and I...

Does not clean well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not clean that well & shortest run time is 1 hour.

Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very quiet dishwasher but the top rack can be difficult at times. It gets in the way of the upper glass rack and I accidentally pull it out when intending to pull the glass rack out. However, I do like the upper rack to wash long utensil ands lids. It matches well with the other cafe products.

Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher cleans very well. It's efficient and the noise is not noticeable.

Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this quiet dishwasher. Cleans well and looks beautiful. It does take a long time to run and requires high heat for drying time as the normal dry still leaves dishes very wet. All in all happy with the purchase

what an improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our previous Cafe Dishwasher under warranty (AHS) due to a constant drip from the door. Our new dishwasher is better in cleaning, it is more quiet and seems to dry much better. The installers did not get the machine placed as I wanted so I did it myself. The connections on the side to the cabinet are a great deal easier as the holes are bigger and much easier to access.

Cafe Dishwasher Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic dishwasher! We upgraded from our old dishwasher that we had disliked from the day we bought our house. The matte white color we chose makes our small kitchen feel so much more spacious and chic! The dishwasher cleans and dries well, is spacious, is energy efficient, and is so quiet sometimes I forget it's running! I love the convenience of the SmartHQ app (something I thought I wouldn't use). Highly recommend!

Bright Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The matte white Cafe dishwasher brightens our tiny kitchen! It is meticulously clean on the inside and out. Starting it on the SmartHQ app is a new convenience and we love how energy efficient and quiet it is.
